Let it Snow

It was snowing all day today. The kids were so excited. As soon as I picked Noah up from school they got bundled up and headed to the back yard to play. I think school will be canceled tomorrow because there is a lot more snow on the ground now then there was in the pictures. I had to drag them inside because it was soooo cold. I made it a little easier by promising to let them play tomorrow and by telling them I would make some yummy snow cream (snow, milk, half & half, powdered sugar and vanilla).

I had so much fun editing these pictures with the new action set from Pioneer Woman. Wow, if you have not downloaded them go right now to her website and do so. They are so awesome!!! I did all of my normal editing first and then applied the fun actions. I used some from her first set to do that, I love the boost. I always adjust the opacity to my liking. She gives you instructions and tips on her blog. Oh, and did I mention they are FREE! She is the best ever.

I used the seventies action (My favorite) on the next several photos....

I love her laughing in this one and the snowflake right in front of her nose that looks like a booger!
I won't tell you what I did to get these faces from them :)
I used the heartland action on this one.... The next two are the colorized action, so pretty....

and one from her first set, the vintage action. (I asked him to open his eyes but he said he couldn't because the snowflakes were hitting him in the eye!)

Now I HAVE to know what you did to get that look. You cannot tease me like that!

I don't know the first thing about doing any of those actions, I just know I wish I did! This next year, I will! I will!
